MedImpact Philippines is currently undertaking a planned organizational transition, moving from KMC Solutions as employer of record to MedImpact Philippines BPO, Inc. and MedImpact Philippines, Inc.
The update was formally shared during a company-wide Town Hall Meeting held at the MedImpact Philippines Cebu Exchange office on October 30, 2025. The session was attended by **Mary Bulkley (HR Director), **Jeff Jessen (CFO), **Alexa Nacional (VP for Business Development), along with members of the KMC team. The town hall brought employees together to provide clarity, address key questions, and outline what to expect as the transition progresses.
This transition marks an important step in strengthening MedImpact’s local presence and operational structure in the Philippines. To ensure a smooth and well-supported process, the transition will be implemented in carefully planned phases.
Employees included in the initial phase will receive separate communication outlining detailed next steps and guidance. Team members who are not part of the first phase should not be concerned, as subsequent phases are intentionally structured to ensure readiness, clarity, and continuity across the organization.
The town hall reinforced MedImpact’s commitment to clear communication, transparency, and employee support throughout the change.
