On October 11, 2025, MedImpact Philippines held an earthquake donation drive in support of communities in Cebu affected by the recent earthquake.
Titled “MedImpact Philippines: Together for Hope,” the initiative brought employees together to extend care and support to families in need, reflecting the organization’s belief that compassion and community support go beyond the workplace.
A Shared Effort Across Teams
The donation drive was made possible through the collaboration of the Operations, Training, Human Resources, IT, Facilities, and Client Services teams.

Employees contributed essential goods, helped organize donations, and supported the preparation and distribution process. Across departments, the effort showed how MedImpact Philippines teams can come together with one purpose: to provide meaningful support when it is needed most.
Reaching Communities in Cebu
The outreach took place in Taba-ao, Tabogon, Cebu, where the team extended assistance to residents impacted by the earthquake.
While the initiative was simple, its purpose was clear. It served as a reminder that support is not measured by scale, but by the willingness to act, give, and stand with others during difficult times.

Living Our Values Through Action
More than a donation activity, MedImpact Philippines: Together for Hope reflected the culture of MedImpact Philippines — one built on care, teamwork, and social responsibility.
It also highlighted the role every employee can play in creating positive impact, whether through time, effort, resources, or simply showing up for others.
Moments like this show the heart of MedImpact Philippines: a workplace community that comes together not only for its people, but also for the communities around it.
