What happens after I accept an offer?

You will receive onboarding instructions, including pre-employment requirements and your start date.

Will onboarding be virtual or onsite?

Onboarding setup depends on your role and assigned site (Cebu or Manila) and may be conducted virtually or onsite.

Is background verification required?
Yes. Background verification is a standard part of the onboarding process and is conducted in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.

What documents are required for onboarding?
Required documents will be communicated to selected candidates during the onboarding process.

When will onboarding details be shared?
Onboarding instructions are shared after the offer process is completed and accepted. The recruitment or onboarding team will guide selected candidates through the next steps.

Does MedImpact charge any recruitment or onboarding fees?
No. MedImpact does not charge any fees at any stage of the recruitment or onboarding process. Please be cautious of fraudulent job offers or payment requests claiming to represent MedImpact.

The onboarding process for MedImpact International GCC employees is coordinated based on the employee’s role, location, and employment requirements. New hires are guided through the required employment documentation, internal setup, and applicable government-related processes before they officially begin their role.

What happens after I accept an offer?
Once an offer is accepted, the onboarding team will coordinate the required employment documents, internal forms, payroll details, and role-specific setup needed before your start date.

What documents are completed during onboarding?
New hires may be asked to complete or sign documents such as the offer letter, confidentiality agreement, payroll or bank account details, and other employment-related forms required for their role and location.

Who manages government-related onboarding requirements?
Where applicable, government-related requirements such as employment visa applications and related documentation are coordinated through the appropriate local PRO or authorized support partner.

Will I receive support during the onboarding process?
Yes. The onboarding team will guide new employees through the required steps and help coordinate the necessary documents, internal access, and employment setup.

Are payroll details collected during onboarding?
Yes. New employees may be asked to provide bank account details and other required information for payroll registration.

Will I receive company policies during onboarding?
Relevant company documents, confidentiality requirements, and applicable internal policies may be shared during onboarding based on the employee’s role, location, and business requirements.

When does onboarding begin?
Onboarding begins after the offer is accepted and continues until the required documentation, internal setup, and start-date preparations are completed.
