Shortlisted candidates will be contacted via email or phone by our Recruitment team.

How long does screening take?

Timelines vary depending on the role and volume of applicants, but we strive to process applications efficiently.

How are interviews conducted?

Interview arrangements vary by Line of Business and location:

Call Center Operations (for CSR roles): For Cebu, interviews may be conducted either onsite or virtually, while for Manila, interviews are conducted virtually.

Staff Augmentation and IT: All interviews are conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams.

Do I need to prepare anything for the interview?

Yes, ensure you have:

A stable internet connection

A Microsoft Teams account or access link

A quiet and professional environment

How many interview stages are there?

The number of interview stages depends on the role and Line of Business (Call Center, IT, or Staff Augmentation).

What happens after I submit my application?
Once your application is successfully submitted, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Our recruitment team will then review your profile against the requirements of the role.

What does the recruitment process usually include?
The hiring process may include application submission, resume screening, an online technical assessment, HR discussion, technical or functional interviews, a managerial or leadership interview when applicable, final decision, offer, and onboarding.

Will I need to complete a technical assessment?
For certain technology roles, candidates may be asked to complete an online technical, coding, or functional assessment as part of the screening process.

How long does the hiring process take?
Timelines vary depending on the role, interview stages, and business requirements. We aim to keep the process efficient, transparent, and well-communicated throughout each stage.

How does MedImpact ensure a fair hiring process?
Applications are assessed based on qualifications, skills, experience, and role fit. MedImpact is committed to integrity, inclusion, equal opportunity, and compliance with applicable local labour laws.

How do I know if my application was received?
You will receive an automated confirmation email once your application has been submitted successfully.

How can I check the status of my application?
You may log in to your account on the Careers at MedImpact International website to track your application status online.

If I am not selected, can I apply again?
Yes. You are welcome to apply for other roles by submitting a new application for each position that matches your skills and interests.

Applications for MedImpact International GCC roles are reviewed based on current business needs, role requirements, relevant experience, qualifications, and location eligibility. Because GCC hiring may be limited and role-specific, only shortlisted candidates may be contacted for the next step.

What happens after I submit my application?
Your application will be reviewed based on the requirements of the open role. If your profile matches the position, you may be contacted by the recruitment team, a recruitment partner, or the relevant hiring manager.

How are candidates screened for GCC roles?
Candidates are screened based on role fit, relevant work experience, technical or functional skills, qualifications, location requirements, and alignment with the needs of the GCC team.

Who conducts the initial screening?
Initial screening may be conducted by the recruitment team, a third-party recruitment agency, or the hiring manager, depending on how the role is being managed.

Will all applicants be contacted?
Due to the role-specific nature of GCC hiring, only shortlisted candidates may be contacted for further assessment or interview.

What types of experience are considered for GCC roles?
Relevant experience may vary by role, but may include healthcare operations, Pharmacy Benefit Management, client coordination, regulatory support, business operations, technology, or other specialized experience related to the position.

Can I still be considered if I do not meet all listed requirements?
Candidates are assessed based on the overall role requirements. Some qualifications may be preferred, while others may be required depending on the position.

How will I know if I am shortlisted?
Shortlisted candidates will be contacted through the application channel used, such as email, phone, LinkedIn, or the recruitment agency handling the role.
