MedImpact International is entering a new phase in strengthening its operational structure with the introduction of Impact Ops, a centralized operations function designed to support scalable, aligned, and efficient delivery across the organization.
This development coincides with an ongoing organizational transition in the Philippines, where MedImpact is moving from KMC Solutions as employer of record to MedImpact Philippines BPO, Inc. and MedImpact Philippines, Inc.
Together, these changes reflect a broader effort to build a more integrated operating model—one that enables closer collaboration across teams while maintaining clarity, stability, and support for employees.
A Phased and People-First Transition
The transition is being implemented in carefully planned phases. This approach is intentional and designed to ensure that each group receives the appropriate level of guidance, readiness, and operational support.
Employees included in the current phase will receive separate communication outlining detailed next steps and timelines. Team members who are not part of the initial phase do not need to take action at this time, as subsequent phases are structured to follow once foundational elements are in place.
This phased rollout allows the organization to move forward responsibly—minimizing disruption while prioritizing employee experience and operational continuity.
What Impact Ops Enables
Impact Ops serves as an operational backbone for MedImpact International, bringing together cross-functional coordination across areas such as operations, systems, process alignment, and execution support. Its role is to ensure that as the organization grows, teams remain connected, supported, and aligned in how work is delivered.
By establishing clearer operational ownership and coordination, Impact Ops helps create consistency across regions while allowing local teams to focus on execution and collaboration.
Moving Forward Together
MedImpact International recognizes that transitions bring questions as well as opportunities. Clear communication, structured rollout, and employee support remain central to how these changes are being implemented.
The organization thanks all team members for their continued cooperation, trust, and engagement as Impact Ops is introduced and the transition progresses—laying the groundwork for a stronger, more connected future.
